How a job runs.

Drawing and quote
A shop drawing you approve and a fixed quote before material is cut.
The work
Fit-up, prep, weld, finish. If the scope changes you get a call first.
Inspection and hand-off
Every weld is checked before it leaves. Installed or delivered by the same welder.
The operator
Owner-operated, start to finish.
Red Desert Metal Solutions is run by Andrew Petersen, an ASME-certified welder who spent two years in precision aerospace fabrication working stainless and exotic alloys to tolerances measured in thousandths.
He brought that process back to Southern Utah and applies it to work that shows: stainless pipe that has to pass inspection, handrails people use every day, gates that are the first thing anyone sees of a house, and trailers that have to hold at highway speed.
It is a small shop. The person who quotes the job welds it, inspects it, installs it, and answers the phone when you call about it.
